Obituary of Lee Hildebrand

Aloha Lee Hildebrand was born in Washougal, Washington, January 19, 1931 to Theodore (Ted) and Honor Jenny of Washougal. Lee (as she preferred) lived most of her life in Washougal and was voted to be Valedictorian at her high school graduation.
Lee married George Hildebrand on Thanksgiving Day in 1956, a marriage that lasted 63 years. Lee had worked for IBM and Crown Zellerbach as a key punch operator. In 1971, she started as bookkeeper for the newly formed Hildebrand Concrete Company and was a homemaker, accomplished seamstress, quilter and tole painter with a passion for many other crafts. She also loved to socialize with others in the community and had a very charismatic personality.
Lee is survived by husband, George Hildebrand; sons, Randy (Karen) Schafer and Rick (Jayne) Hildebrand; sister, Mildred (John) Knapp; four grandchildren, Rhonda Schafer, Becky (Jason) Evans, Paul (Krista) Hildebrand and Danielle Hildebrand; also four great-grandchildren, Maverick, Mackenzie, Kaylee and Adelyn.
