Obituary of Loretta O. Fitzpatrick

LORETTA O. FITZPATRICK Loretta Fitzpatrick, of Washougal, passed away Sunday, May 29 in Vancouver. She was 84. Loretta was born July 16, 1920 in Norwich, CT to Hormidas & Bernadette Benac Turcotte. She grew up in Taftville, CT and married Michael Fitzpatrick on December 12, 1942. Loretta was a homemaker who enjoyed raising her children and keeping her house. They moved to Florida in 1972 where they lived until moving to Washougal in 1994. She was preceded in death by a son, Guy, in 1976. Survivors include her husband Michael, at home; sons, Michael of Vancouver, Lee of Camas; daughter, Sharyn Smith of Camas; brother, Silva Turcotte of Pinellas Park, FL; sister, Annette Gaffney of Taftville, CT; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a later date. Straub?s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
