Marvin E. ''Bud'' Huddleston
Marvin E. ''Bud'' Huddleston passed away on May 21, 2006 at 72 years of age. Born in Vetal South Dakota on Dec. 31, 1933 he spent a short time in Homedale, Idaho before settling in East Clark County 63 years ago. Bud worked as a mechanic following in his fathers footsteps for more then 50 years, eventually owning several service stations in the Camas-Washougal area. Retirement led him to his true passion, ranch life where he spent the last 16 years raising cattle. He loved fishing, hunting, horseback riding, hard work and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Betty; his children, Caprice Monroe of Washougal, Michael Huddleston of Washougal, Cindy Huddleston of Moses Lake, Dawn Amato of Las Vegas, Martin Huddleston of Washougal, Marie McClintic of Vancouver, Gena Barlow of Camas, Debra Runyan of Vancouver, Brandy Audette of Washougal, Ryan Williams of Washougal, Brittni Williams of Washougal; sisters Marian Smolarek of Camas, Shirley Snow of Washougal; 12 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild and countless extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Stella Huddleston.
A service celebrating Bud?s life will be held Friday, June 2, at 11am at the Grace Foursquare Church @ 717 SE Everett Rd. in Camas. Straub?s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of the arrangements. To send condolences or sign the online guest book, visit www.straubsfuneralhome.com.
