JOLEE JEAN SCOTT
Jolee Scott, newborn daughter to Josef and Krista Scott, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2006 in Portland. She was born May 17, 2006 in Portland.
She is survived by her parents, Josef and Krista Scott of Port Orchard, WA; brother, Blake Scott of Port Orchard, WA; grandparents, Mary Helland of Washougal, WA, Jim & Barbara Scott of Belfair, WA; and great grandparents, Irene Scott of North Bend, WA and Mary Carlsen of Seattle, WA.
A memorial service will be Friday, June 9 at 11am at the Adventure In Faith Church in Port Orchard, WA. Straub?s Funeral Home in Camas was in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations can be sent to the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit or the Children?s Garden c/o Emanuel Children?s Hospital Foundation @ P.O. Box 4484, Portland, OR 97208.
