Moving away makes it so much harder to lose Dan. Bart is grateful for all the times Dan and he played chess. They had some great times together while I got some shopping time.
I remember Dan helping plan and route all deliveries for the shop and then taking all the camas ones. Dan was "the Man" in all ways. The summer dinners were so enjoyable and relaxing that we hated to go home. The American Vet, the Husband, Dad, Grandpa and friend is what we will remember about Dan. And he is sorely missed. Prayers always for the family as they handle the emotions, the loss and in time, may each one of you find peace.
