Obituary of Kristin Nicole Angle
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Kristin Nicole Angle on July 3, 2023 after a 16 month battle with cancer. Kristin was a creative soul that brought joy into the world with her many artistic talents. She not only touched people with her creativity but also with her unparalleled kindness. Kristin had a profound effect on anyone who was fortunate enough to have a personal relationship with her. She will be missed by all who met her.
Kristin is survived in passing by her loving husband Chris Angle, one daughter, Madelynn and one son, Jamison; her grandparents Charles F Link Sr. and Shirley Link; her parents Charles F. Link Jr. (Linda) and Ina Bailey (Roger); one brother Brian Young (Pam) and two sisters Charlotte Shaia (Sean) and Candice Cummings (Brandon); several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Kristin was born October 10, 1981 in LaPorte, Indiana and graduated from LaPorte High School in 2000 where she was active in several sports. Following high school, Kristin attended Ball State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Geology in 2005. This is where she met her husband Chris and they got married on September 26, 2009.
After graduation Kristin and Chris enjoyed exploring our nation and made their home in several places across the country including Valparaiso, Indiana; Kansas City, Missouri; Roscoe, Illinois; and Camas, Washington.
There will be a Celebration of Life Ceremony for Kristin Angle on Sunday August 13 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at the Michigan City Senior Center on the shores of Lake Michigan in Washington Park in Michigan City, Indiana. The address for the Senior Center is: 2 on the Lake, Michigan City, IN 46360.
