My brother was always charming, witty and could make friends where ever he traveled . He and Jean were always a winning combination. His love for his wife and children was very special. He was so intelligent, handsome and well versed on many topics. No one ever thought we were really related. Because he was so outgoing and I have always been very shy. But we could have great fun together. I lost both my mother and my brother in just a few months. That was the end of my immediate family. It was a real shock to find that only family members were told of his death. Which did not include me. But despite our ways I always was there for my handsome brother. He will always be missed by me.

My condolences to you all. I as Beth has mentioned have many very fond memories of the entire Flawn family and time spent together was a very special time of a very blessed childhood. Their house was were we all hung out and he actually had 3 more girls around alot! Myself, Beth and her sister Laurie. I remember the great Sunday morning breakfasts he would make. Babysitting Shaelyn with that little blue outfit with the footprints on the tights... :... I would have attended the service, but found out too late. I would like to express my sympathies to the family. Jean and Christy were my nursing students at Clark College. I have many fond memories of George representing the 40 et 8 at Pinning ceremonies. He was so proud of Jean and Christy\'s accomplishments! I think it is very special that the family has requested memorial contributions to the nursing scholarship fund. May God bless your family at this time and comfort you.
